In this architectural project, we worked with three floors because it is an uphill terrain in which the cut made in the terrain was designated as a garage. We work with retaining walls to close the side and back walls. Thus, the first floor is at the natural level of the land, taking advantage of all the space for the leisure area that the land provides. On the second floor, we made the most of the view of the Serra do Mar.
